Jobs are selected in one month blocks of time in game, and offer varying rewards. Rewards can include skill gain, kudos, and relationship gain with NPCs. Relaxation actions taken by Sol are also listed here. Relaxation actions reduce Sol's stress by 100, and offer relationship rewards with NPCs or pets. Jobs also correlate to particular career endings.

Jobs usually become available during a conversation or event. Often, you can apply for the job at that time if you meet its requirements. In any case, you can always apply for the job later at its location once you meet its requirements.

Alternate skill, stress, or kudos gain in brackets are rewards for completing a related storyline.

Expeditions[edit | edit source]

Expeditions jobs work differently to other jobs. Rather than granting rewards and passing the month immediately, expeditions jobs place you in an expedition map. Throughout the map will be randomised and story events, most of which must be completed to move past them. Each event will provide its own challenges and rewards, and will increase your Stress by 15. You can return to the colony at any time, or if your Stress reaches 100 you will be forced to return. Upon returning, you are granted the listed rewards and the month passes.
