Utopia is a young surveyor who loves speeding across the planet on her glider. She becomes the Chief Surveyor after Late Wet of the second year of landing, thus becoming the youngest member of the Council.
Utopia was born three years before the Stratospheric departed Earth. At the time, she was the only child on the Stratospheric, and is therefore the youngest Earth-born colonist to arrive on the Strato. Due to being the only child in the creche for a time, she became very close to Uncle Tonin, to whom she's "Pia".
